Applegrove Farmacy

Tucked away outside of Fauquier, in the peaceful Lower Arrow Lakes Valley, Applegrove Farmacy is a family-run farm rooted in the belief that good food starts with healthy soil and hard work. David Snyder and Daniela Brehm began this journey in 2022 with the goal of growing enough fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy, and eggs to feed our family of four for a year. What started as a personal challenge has grown into a passion for sharing our harvest with the community.

We use natural inputs from our own farm, like chicken and goat manure, bat guano, and mealworm frass, along with plenty of manual labor and individual care for each plant. This hands-on approach creates nutrient-dense crops that are as good for the earth as they are for you. The water comes from a mountain creek and electricity is harvested from the sun. From vegetable starts and bareroot trees to apple cider vinegar and seasonal goods, everything we grow is designed to nourish body, mind, and soul.
