Bold Roots Farmstead

We are a family of 3 that moved to the Nakusp area in 2022. We bought raw land and started building almost right away. The best way to describe us... well, our garden and greenhouses were built faster than our house!..and on top of that, our greenhouse footprint is bigger than our house!!! That's who we are! We started supplying salad mixes to our community almost right away. Then, in 2024 Bold Roots Farmstead was officially born. We use our unheated greenhouses to grow into winter as much as we can and start growing again as early as possible in the spring.

We offer different mixes of salad greens. Our signature mix consists of a variety of delicious baby mustard greens. We also offer spinach, arugula, romaine, baby kale mix, a stir fry and a lettuce mix as well as seasonal vegetables.
